Hi, Natalie McManus and I am the owner of Two Moons Hairdressing Salons and Natalie McManus Education.

I love the hairdressing industry, sharing knowledge, seeing the success of other salon owners, and helping other salon owners with systems and processes to help their businesses. I like to educate other hairdressers with wedding hair and prom hairstyling. Not only that, but I have always dreamed of helping other salons to succeed with a team.

Scaling standardisation within my salons. Creating online courses to share knowledge, create wedding hair and prom courses in salon & online. Share my knowledge on how I run and control between my family, having 2 hairdressing salons & an education business.
With over 20 years salon industry has experience, over 14 years teaching apprenticeships with Saks education and with my own apprentices. I have over 9 years as a UK salon owner, scaled multiple businesses. The salon business, which works without me being in there. I have invested time and money into my own education and for my team.

Lack of education for hair salons in the north and always having to travel further afield, often salon businesses feel the struggle to run systems and processes and rely on creating these processes themselves. UK salon owners lack in training knowledge for their qualified stylists. Lack of education in the industry.

My mission which will make me proud is having a full-time job in educating other salons and business with systems and processes across the north.
